How long are the sessions?

The duration of our training sessions are typically as follows -

  • Weekly Training Sessions - 45mins.
  • Personal Coaching Sessions - 90mins.
  • Birthday Parties - 1.5-2 hours.
  • School Holiday Camps - 4 hours.

For holiday programs featuring a mix of sports like Soccer, Basketball, Hockey, and AFL, sessions may last around 45 minutes per sport, ensuring a focused and enriching training experience for each discipline.

Each session allows for adequate warm-ups, skill drills, game simulations, and cool-down activities within each sport.

The specific duration of sessions can vary depending on the program's structure, the age group of participants, and the training objectives for each sport.

We prioritise offering sufficient time for participants to engage meaningfully, learn new skills, and enjoy the experience while ensuring that sessions are neither too short to hinder progress nor to long to cause fatigue.

What age groups do we cater for?

The age groups catered to by our multi-sport training sessions typically range from 4 to 15 years old.

We understand that children within these age brackets have varying developmental stages and skill levels.

We usually group participants into appropriate categories to ensure that the training content and delivery are tailored to be both engaging and beneficial for each age range.
